Gave it to my wife for her anniversary, she really liked it. We put it on and then went out to eat. Even before we had a drink the clock was dead. I got home, hung it up for the night and then wouldn't connect to the phone. I've been trying to set it up again on 2 different phones for over 2 hours and it still doesn't work. Spoke to Amazon and they won't even replace it. Should send it back and order a new one. WTF I've had several replacement items over the years and not once has Amazon said this. They always ship and then charge you if you don't return the item. it seems. Walmart and ebay were the first websites I looked at.
