excellent customer service
None of the USB ports worked. 02/13/20. I just spoke to product manager Robert and he has promised to send a tested USB-C dock to replace the faulty product. This is an excellent customer service department. The replacement device has actually arrived; However, some ports do not work. I'm only giving this 3 stars because Robert went out of his way to be helpful.
