This is a robust design. A couple of cons I would say is that the racks are pretty much useless unless you're using modern stacks, so I had to improvise a bit. There are hardly any instructions, but you can pretty much figure it out from the photos and plan ahead before assembling. Haven't flown yet but looks solid. Note: I have a Firefly 2.5k camera and it fits perfectly in a printed holster.
