I followed the instructions in the online video they provided and then did not wear the watch for 3 days to ensure the screen protector had had enough time to stick. I knew it would look weird for the first few hours, so I ignored the fact that the screen protector didn't smooth out on day one - there were ripples on each side and I'd say only about 30% of the material was smoothed out. actually sticks to the screen; Everything else went up. Left it alone and came back on day 3 and the screen dried out in the rolled up position with only part of it attached to the Fitbit itself. Wasted time and money for it. Buy elsewhere trust me.
