A not insignificant number of stains begin to grow over time (although I never watered them on purpose). I was starting to worry about the health effects of this, so I replaced it with a cookie jar lid. 2. Very cheap quality faucet. The silver paint on the outside is a problem. Your water always skirts the edge of this plastic layer of silver paint as it flows out of the can, and sometimes small particles of this paint get into the water. The particles are quite small but visible when reflecting light. I had to replace this faucet with a steel faucet that I later bought. So yeah be careful what you get, I'm not saying it's not worth buying but you get what you paid for.
