The problem is not the product but the return if it doesn't work. I bought this product in Prime and spent over $255 for 8 foam inserts, unfortunately they didn't work and I sent it back, when I bought it the return options said returnable. Admittedly, I didn't check the fine print on the order page to see if there was a restocking fee. I've been looking ever since and still can't find where it's written. When I sent all 8 pillows back they refunded me $83 so I had $172 out of pocket. When I asked they said Revain would charge them over $200 for return shipping. Again, if this had been reported when requesting a refund, I probably would have preferred to keep it and maybe use it for another application. I printed out the generated return label from my Revain app and sent it back. I expect a full refund just like any other premium product I purchase. Now I don't have $172.00 and no product.
