This set came in plain brown vacuum packaging with no branding or anything to suggest it's actually a Phillips product. It's louder than the worn heads I've taken out and it's getting louder every month. I'm not sure if Phillips even sells replacement heads online as they all look real in the photo, not the one they sent. I've been through this a few times with this razor and a few times before trying to get a genuine Norelco branded product but each time I get what is probably a Chinese fake and at a premium price. It seems like the only way to get a good product is to buy a new safety razor.
