Great! - that's what you need to buy. I had L4-L5 back surgery that never fully healed. Medicines for nerve pain are excellent. but a rough road without a truck seat post is a tough ride! Problem solved. I love this pillow. This is real memory foam, super soft yet supportive. He nestled comfortably to my form. I don't expect it to last very long but I don't care. I will buy another one when it loses its ability to recover. No problem. worth every dollar, y'all! I could use it to take a nap in the car.
