As mentioned in other reviews, it does not have an auto shut off after the room temperature reaches the set temperature. (because the heater does not have a built-in thermostat). It has 24 hours auto shutdown and then you can press the buttons to run the heater for 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, etc. to fix it; I did the following: 1. Connected the Govee smart heater to alexa2. Installed Agara temperature sensor in smartthings (controlled by Alexa's simulated virtual switch in Alexa) - you need the Agara device handler to install it in smartthings3. An automatic device has been designed to turn off the heater when the set temperature is reached. Ditto to turn it on automatically once the temperature drops below a certain range. Update 11/20: A new software update allows a Govee temperature sensor (sold separately) to be connected to it, allowing the heater to be automatically turned off. December 5th, 2021 With the new app update you can also switch the smart heating on and off automatically. You need to connect the internal Govee thermostat to the heater. 5 Stars :)
