Well, "disappointed" would be an understatement. I ordered my husband a tie for Christmas to match my emerald dress and the tie we received was literally CUT! How the heck did someone overlook this during packaging and shipping? I don't know how much of the tie was cut off, but it was short enough to fit my husband like a child's tie. Not to mention the color "Emerald" is too dark and doesn't look like the photo at all. Needless to say, this will be returned for a refund.
