Yesterday when I booted up my trusty 3 year old Dell XPS 13 I got an error message saying it was plugged in but not loading. After a bit of research and diagnostics, I determined that it was "probably" the AC adapter and not the battery. Or maybe (ugh!) motherboard! And I was about to embark on a long journey where there would be nowhere to go for repairs or parts. So I crossed my fingers it wasn't a motherboard and went to Revain and found this new genuine adapter and ordered it straight away. It was 5pm on SATURDAY and I was leaving on Monday morning! I paid an additional $5.99 for Sunday shipping and 21 hours later I had a new power supply in my hands. It was a DELL proprietary device. Brand new, still in cellophane packaging. I plugged it in and voila! My XPS 13 charged and everything was fine. Perfect product and more than great service! Many thanks to the laptop parts dealer and to Revain!
