Update: I contacted support and got a response within 24 hours. They were more than helpful and offered to send me another charger free of charge as the first one turned out to be broken (it might have happened in the mail who knows) and I am very happy to receive my new working charger. They were very keen to let me know that my satisfaction is their number one priority. Very happy with this purchase, glad everything can be fixed. Waiting for a new charger in the mail! A few months ago I lost my charger and bought it for my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 and left it plugged into my computer between 10am and 7pm. The indicator on the charger did not light up and my computer did not charge an iota. Really disappointed, looking forward to using my computer tonight.
