These are my second and third blue light goggles. I was skeptical because I wasn't very comfortable with my first pair of anti blue light, my eyes were getting more and more inflamed and watery after 2 weeks of trying. It is very comfortable. The temples are the right length, the hinges between the lenses and temples are flexible and don't hurt your head. The bridge is just the right width and I had Lasik eyes over 10 years ago and the feather light glasses let me wear them for hours without discomfort. Highly recommended
