Great tool for cross-department communication
Weekly Update is a great way to keep everyone in the organization up to date with what's going on. The ability to post to multiple groups is very useful. I wish we could post to more than just the Weekly Update group. I would like to be able to post to the company blog and/or the company social network. I wish it was easier to have more than one person post. It would be helpful to have a way to assign posts to multiple people. We can use Weekly Update to keep everyone in the organization up to date with what's going on. It's very easy to use.
Pros
- Has an option for posting news announcements
- Easy interface layout, not confusing or difficult (to me) at all.
- Can send updates through various communication channels e mail & internal chat app among others too!
- User friendly features that allow users as well managers alike set permissions easily via role assignments which allows
