The open-ear design really helps. I can hear my surroundings perfectly, hear music or game sounds with crystal clarity. The button is also conveniently located as I can easily press it with my shoulder when my hands are full. This thing is VERY useful. Sometimes I even forget I'm wearing it. Microphone. Being so small and far from your mouth, I'm really impressed with how it delivers such a clear sound. Only one is not the best.
