This is a good watch and a terrible watch, 5 stars overall. By the way, thin watch. But it still looks ok. I used dollar wood nail clippers to pry it open as instructed in the opening instructions (you can also use eyeglass screwdrivers, maybe be careful lol), the pointed part with the ridges on it next to the nail clipper part on the toes. It seemed to open fairly easily. I pulled a little. Once I have the exact length I need (it's very hard to do, people keep slipping watches trying to do this) I use my laptop to close it at that point as shown in the picture . So I just press the computer hard but NOT extremely to drown it out. Hope this helps someone out there. Overall a good watch. I haven't seen instructions on how to install it, but then again, I might as well drop it. You can find out by fiddling around though if I do lol.
