They have done everything they can to make it easy for clients to use their service in order to get us connected with our customers. I had trouble at first getting familiarized with how all this works but now we are able to communicate almost immediately when someone needs something via email or phone call. There really isn't anything i dislike about Zedifly's services except maybe that there should be more options given for other businesses outside of retail. If your business is going through some transition time like mine was with implementing new programs then using zedifly will help streamline communication between both parties in a much faster fashion than before!
