**UPDATE** The support team got back to me and apologized for the poorly made product and offered to send a replacement. They personally inspected the product before shipping and of course I received it in a few days and what a difference! I highly recommend this backpack if you are looking for a leather alternative and have a lot of space. I really liked this bag but unfortunately I was disappointed with what I got. The seam looks bad and is already coming apart. I have to say that I was happy about the purchase of the vegan leather and was disappointed. As you can see from the photos, the flash range is not straight. Disappointed, I hardly used it 😞
