The pillow arrived folded in the shape of a cylinder. I left it open to swell, to take shape. Not much has changed in 2 days. I bought some fiberfill to add more filling and it ended up being over 20 ounces. Let's see if the lightning holds. This is a good size for the lower back, which is what I wanted. The side pockets are just over 2 inches wide, which is quite small. what can stand there? I'm still considering whether to return this item. Good things. There is a zipper both on the lid and inside the case. Both the lid and the body have the same shape. I would recommend buying a wedge with a foam wedge rather than a fiber filled wedge. I will look for it myself.
