Don't hold the phone.
Does not hold the phone. Must remain upright under the weight of the phone. This is the spring that holds the phone in place. So when flipped to the side it pulls down and the top is released allowing the phone to fall out! You also need a thin phone, not a thick case, as it doesn't adjust to the width of the phone inside the case.
