DO NOT buy this if you are expecting the original sweet violet scent

For fans of old April violets, DO NOT buy this if you are expecting the original sweet violet scent! Yardley changed the formula and it doesn't smell like violets at all. I would say it has a very strong smell, like a men's aftershave. I now use Corlys Violet Cologne which is way cheaper than Yardley and has that old fashioned scent that I love so much!
