Just received this 1 1/4" brown belt. I wear jeans 38 and ordered a belt 40. Follow instructions for measuring and belt buckles in center hole 5. Perfect for khaki or denim if you don't want to look wider than 1 1/2". It's also thicker than a department store leather sling but not as thick as a 1/4" gun sling. Looks great quality but time will tell demonstrate.
