The best thing about this site is that it will automatically send your emails to an internal service in order for you not worry so much about managing its servers or keeping up! If they can make their system more user friendly, I think everyone would love them as well! This feature allows me (my team) time spend elsewhere doing other things instead of constantly thinking how my server's health status are currently at right now. It has been very helpful because we don't have need to monitor our mails ourselves every minute which saves us hours each week compared to others out there who do. There is nothing I dislike since everything here works flawlessly without any problems whatsoever. We use tuffmail mainly due to all of these benefits stated above but if someone asks why? They probably won’t understand what I am trying explain unless he/she uses one first hand before making statements like "what benefit did u get from using such mail systems?". For those looking into some sort off monitoring software; maybe look around google market place reviews section where people usually post feedbacks related products with specific features requested by users. Keep searching till you find something suitable enough. As long as you I like the ease of managing my emails from one place, it's easy to send bulk emails and track them all in one place. I dislike that when you delete an email there is no way to recover it. It would be great if they had a way to recover deleted emails. The customer service team has been helpful and quick to respond. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been able to use Tuffmail for our business email needs. We can now manage all of our email accounts from one place.
