Review on ๐Ÿ BEES WRAP Wax Cloth Food Wrap: Assorted Sizes with Clover Print - Pack of 3 by Kahyin Hawkins

Versatile and simple

I bought two sets. one at Revain and one in the store. I use small and medium wraps almost every day, large wraps once in the last 6 weeks. They are great for packing cheese and berries for lunches and picnics. They have a pleasant smell, probably due to the wax, but the smell doesn't seem to penetrate the food after a day. I've noticed that if I leave the cheese cubes in the fridge for more than a day, the cheese smells a bit like film, but not bad. It adheres to itself very well, which makes it easier to pack small products. like wonton. Some tray materials don't stick to the foil very well, so it ends up looking more like a loose lid. I wrapped half a banana in it for 2 days (pictured) and apart from 1/8 inch of liquefied banana at the top it came out very intact. I usually wash bare hand with some dish soap (rarely use a sponge) and give it a quick rub with cold water and they did a good job. The little purple foil has been sued about 20 times and is still holding up great. A word of warning: do not send your child to daycare or they may accidentally throw them away. I wrapped half an onion in it, it held up better than if it had been left unwrapped and the onion smell went away after a single light soapy rinse. Unless you intend to wrap half a watermelon or cover a life-size plate, large wrappers are redundant and useless. I'm thinking of turning the large bandages into 4 small bandages but I just didn't have the guts to cut them apart if I ever needed them.
