I received the first one and after about 4-5 days the spring on one of the levers broke. I checked the weight of my monitor again and it came out at 13 pounds, which is under the weight limit. I didn't adjust the spring so I know I wasn't over tightening it, although it might have been over tightening had it not been a defect in the spring itself. I received the replacement within another week and everything is working fine so far. (2 days new). Otherwise, I like the two USB 3.0 ports for cleaner charging my phone and such, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Will be updated in the future as more use is made of it.
