They are great for learning about vehicles and their sounds. You have to put in the sounds :-) These puzzles are really well made and enough to get a 2 year old running around the room. The little hands on each puzzle piece are priceless for little hands. Our son found it a bit difficult at first to put the figures in the right holes. However, it actually helped with his dexterity and allowed us to work with him to explain how he has to rotate the pieces until they fit together. After a while this was no longer a problem and everything fell into place.
