This light is a great ceiling fan upgrade with a lamp socket in its previous space. It's brighter, the room is more evenly lit, and I can make some adjustments. However, I only replaced this dimmer last week and when I installed this new light I found that the dimmer is now buzzing and this light does not appear to be designed to work with an external dimmer (other than the supplied remote). The solution is that I leave that light but revert to a binary switch with no dimmer capability. Basically, I will always leave the light on the switch and use the remote control for all functions. I would like a wall mount for the remote control. It would be much better if this product came with one. It should be easy to print on a 3D printer. I love that I can choose between a light shade of blue and a warmer, almost orange shade. It is really important. In general, however, I would wish for this light to be brighter. It's quite bright. brighter than what I had before. But I was hoping for something brighter. Others have mentioned that the light has no memory when it's off. It's a little annoying, but doesn't detract from the deal. In general, the light is overpriced for what it is. If it were brighter and could work with my dimmer and remember its settings it would easily get all 5 stars. In fact, now that I've used it, I would replace many of the other lights in the house with it if it were a little cheaper and didn't have these obvious disadvantages. I would say that I wouldn't pay more than 50€ for it in this form.
