The picture is good, or was good, I should have said. The monitor suddenly went off and didn't seem to turn on. The monitor broke two months after purchase. The warranty service is slow to respond, nothing is heard from them three days after the report was submitted. I'm not sure if I should wait any longer. If it only takes more than three days to respond to an alert, servicing can take forever. This is the second LG monitor I've had a similar issue with. The first one was out of warranty so I didn't try to fix it. Avoid LG if you rely on a monitor for work. I am planning to buy a new monitor from another manufacturer, can't wait to have it fixed.
