My experience with this firm has been very positive so far! I have recommended them to several of my friends who are in need for computer repairs, as well security services (which they do not offer). They helped us resolve an issue we were having regarding our internet service provider blocking certain websites from being accessed by other devices that connect through their wifi network; which was causing issues when trying access Netflix or Hulu+. The customer represenative's knowledge about computers/networking systems seemed thorough but her communication skills could be improved at times - specifically during emergencies where she may seem too abrupt towards customers seeking help without letting you know what exactly needs attention first hand.- Their prices should reflect market value given how competitive it can get out there these days- We had some problems relating back before Hurricane Irma hit Florida last year &; however after talking things over wtih staff members here everything seems fine now since then.
