I gave this item 5 stars but returned it because I quickly realized it didn't fit my problem. This made me even worse because it turned out my sciatic nerve was inflamed. Second, it was too big. I ordered 2 sizes up to 4 because these things always seem too small. I would say this is a true 4X. I'm 5'6 and 200#. I'm very fat around the waist. I wear XL in most leggings and size 16 in jeans. 2X should have been the right size for me. It would have just enough slack to tighten it slightly and let it out a little when I get bloated or just need to take some pressure.
