I have had pierced nipples for 2 years now. After a year and a half I replaced them with several pieces of jewelry bought online which, despite regular cleaning and care, caused severe irritation for months. As I switched back to the bar, an irritation ran through me that still hasn't gone away. After just a week of wearing, my piercings have fully healed and have never looked or felt better! I bought various acrylic balloons to attach to the ends to add some color and I've had no problems with them falling off or coming loose. If you struggle with nickel/metal sensitivity I highly recommend these rods! I never write reviews, but I thought it was worth writing.
