First of all I love these earplugs. I've had Comfort earbuds before and they just keep on holding (although they tend to tear). Some specs: I use size 100 ear tips for my LG Tone Free wireless headphones. I have a terrible problem with earwax and sweat. when I wear headphones at work. Because mine are wireless. More importantly, I have tips to help them STAY in my ears. These tips fit well, have a filter that covers the headphone speaker, and have a memory foam-like consistency. I usually have to take my headphones out and wipe them down and then my ears down for them to work. NOT WITH THESE TIPS. I'm not a runner, however, but they seem to stay in place when climbing stairs and so well. So I think they would do well.
