I love that we can track where our shipments are at all times, which helps us to be more efficient as an organization. The dashboard view does not allow for easy searching between carriers or customers - this should either have been implemented sooner, or they need to consider adding functionality into future updates. Tracking has become easier since implementing Freightsphere but overall user interface needs improvement. Also, the customer portal could use some work too (it's very outdated). There aren't many options when it comes down to tracking loads from one carrier/customer to another so that makes things difficult. Having access to every shipment being transported by multiple different parties would save time, money, etc when trying to locate missing items or confirm status information.
