I was nervous about ordering because of course I couldn't find the fabric online, but I really wanted a new bag. When I received it it was flat and wrinkled in the packaging. I was sad that the wrinkles might not have been smoothed out, but I put my things in anyway and walked out. Shortly after that he broke down and I fell in love with him. Large side pockets for my sunglasses and shoulder straps are soft and comfortable. Lots of space inside without being too big for what I wanted. Vvv happy with this purchase :)
