I woke up off my $1200 mattress every morning with back and hip pain because I lost my back support in less than a year of owning the mattress. I hate memory foam so I decided to give it a try. I no longer wake up in severe pain. What I love about it is that there are gaps between the airbags. So when I put my feet in the right spot, it feels like they're being gently lulled to sleep. It's a very cool feeling. I pictured it as an air mattress, but this is a little different; The airbags inflate and deflate as you move over them, quasi-pneumatically if that makes sense. The only problem I have [and unfortunately this is bullshit] is that I keep waking up hot. I still give it 5 stars because it's such a great pain reliever. I'm going to try a bamboo slipcover and just pray that it helps because if that doesn't help I'll probably get discouraged because I don't know what to do next and this bed problem is going to cost me dearly. .First I wrapped it in high quality cotton towels and it's still too hot. If I can't solve this problem, it should go away because I'm so sleep deprived that I feel bad. If I can solve the heater problem I will buy another one for the other half of my king bed.
