The fit of these shorts is great, and they're very comfortable for working out at home. I wouldn't wear them outside or to the gym, though, because they are a bit see through. If I wear underwear with a patterned design, you can see it through the shorts. It's less noticeable with solid-colored underwear, but you can still see the color difference where the underwear ends and skin begins. I've washed these and dried them in the dryer without any shrinkage. The pockets are sturdy and should be large enough for a phone and/or keys.
