What can I say - we're talking about cotton balls. If this is the product you are looking for I can vouch for it and say it is exactly what you see here. I needed some for a latex mask I was making for Halloween and they arrived in perfect condition. If you paint them, I recommend removing as much excess paint as possible from the brush before applying. When cotton balls get too wet, they lose their hardness and start tearing—they're paper, after all.
