I recently discovered that I have early stages of arthritis. Starting in the mornings mostly with my middle finger joints and boy does it hurt, they are usually swollen and I just feel like my bones are sticking out the sides 😩 When I wake up I just want to sit there and rub them for a second before you hold under warm water.
