Instead of a door, my shower has a towel rail that I wanted to hang this on. The top hooks bend easily giving them the right shape to attach to a towel rail. However, this use doesn't push against anything with the back of the trolley as if it were hung on a door. Baskets don't have a back, which means things can easily fall off. I solved this problem by making some backrests out of the plexiglass I had and sandwiching them between baskets and crossbars for hanging. Then, to keep the cart hanging straight, I also had to make some spacers (aluminum) to go between the hanging rods and the suction cups so the bottom of the cart pushes off the wall by the same amount as the bottom of the cart. the top of the car. With these two modifications, the cart looks great and works great in my shower. Pros: Aluminum bars, baskets and hooks should not corrode. All the steel carts I've tried have rusted from the chlorinated shower water. The brushed aluminum finish is beautiful. The top and bottom edges of the baskets are smooth and not sharp (but the slots on the baskets are a bit sharp if you're stupid enough to stick your finger in there). Good size baskets. I easily fit 3 large bottles of shampoo in one basket. Movable hooks give you the flexibility to place things according to your needs. Cons: It would be nice if the baskets already had backs. Movable hooks are lightweight and tend to fall off if you remove something from them. They don't fit very tightly around the edges of the baskets. The solution is to gently curl the top of the hook with pliers once you've gotten it where you want it. Shampoo bottles with a pump usually only fit in the upper basket. The spacing between the baskets means anything over 9 inches will not fit in the bottom basket. Overall we really like it and would buy it again. I just wish the price was a little lower.
