Where to start The instructions were vague and each picture was about a quarter tall, with over 18 steps it was difficult to figure out where each piece went The drawers weren't fully cut so that each part of the boxes in the assembly (4 of each, 12 total) had to be hand cut to really fit together. The cylinder and screw assembly system, which is very common for this type of furniture, was very light and did not tighten fully, leaving gaps at each joint. Totally unsatisfied with the quality. I would expect to pay a third of the price for the same item at a local major retail store. If you are looking for something that will last a while, please save yourself the hassle and find something else. This is not a quality product.
