Extremely adjustable with levers to control height, seat tilt and backrest tilt. The tail can also be raised and lowered but the ratchet may or may not work and seems very loose. The seat cushion is very comfortable with good support. However, the back is perhaps the most uncomfortable I've ever encountered. The Progrid mesh pushes forward at a specific point for lumbar support, but only focuses all counter-pressure on that point, which tends to grab and fold any shirt you're wearing. I expected more based on other rave reviews. .
