I really wanted it to work for me, I really wanted it. When I plugged this in, Windows automatically recognized it with no issues. I plugged in my headphones/mic and had no problems with the sound in my headphones. Microphone connection problem. This requires the microphone to be directly in front of (almost B) your mouth before it picks up the sound from the microphone. I've played around with all the Windows mic volume and sensitivity settings to no avail. Thinking my mic suddenly broke (which worked just yesterday), I plugged my headphones into the laptop's built-in headphone/mic jack and my headphones and mic work as expected. But as soon as I plug them into this USB device I only get audio with extremely limited microphone access. I tried plugging it into another computer's USB port and got exactly the same results. Unfortunately it is unsuitable for me and I will have to look for another brand.
