I've been wearing it every day for about a month. I need this because my physical therapist says I have a hyperextended knee. This orthosis prevents this and improves my gait significantly. But I deduct 1 star because. he started rolling. I will be buying another one as a replacement in the near future. By the way: I have very narrow knees and this bandage fits me. EDIT: 1 year + infrequent use and I should have a new one on the market soon. It will NOT be this model as the straps have stretched to almost double their length (that was before the first wash).
