We were pleasantly surprised by this camera, especially the price. We both work in TV so I wasn't expecting much for only $200, but it's a really great camera for those rare occasions when we really want to record video while on vacation or when I'm snapping a few shots in the 'shoot'. We have an older Canon G20 that we use as our second all-around camera at work and if you're willing to shell out a few hundred more anything in the G line is a definite improvement.
