Sent earlier than I thought. Easy assembly, self-made. I've used it and it works amazing, just make sure you tighten the washer. Strength can be a bit tricky, but if you adjust before the customer sits, it's fine. Comfort is about the same for a. Normal wash bowl. I just cover the neck with a towel to soften it. Get a bucket and spray bottle if you don't have one, and make sure the hose is down before using. Great replacement
