They are perfect and adorable. They can be worn in or out of the water. They are very easy to clean and keep clean. I just dip them in the sink and let them dry in the sun. They also dry pretty quickly. My daughter is 1.5 years old and has wide feet. They fit well and feel comfortable. They are true to size. We've had ours for a month or so now and they've held up great. Definitely happy with the purchase.
