Reliable feel, good fit, easy installation (if you have experience repairing/replacing small electronics). Once installed, the game became bug-free and smoother than the old stock buttons. Joysticks are great, especially for gamers with large or broad thumbs. Seashell cases are real and look amazing. The T6 and T8 Security Hex drivers are included and seem fairly reliable, but I used my own tools so I'm not sure how they feel during use. Tip: When I first took them out of the box I thought the joysticks wouldn't fit until I realized the covers had come loose. (Ignore the faceplate, I have to return it as I received the Xbox One, not the Xbox One S faceplate)
