Great for customer service, not much else

I like that it integrates well into our CRM system so we don't have to go back & forth between 2 platforms if needed. It's easy to navigate as an admin when you're trying to do something from your computer or phone at any given point during business hours versus having someone out there physically helping us solve problems which was always hard before this software came around! Very helpful tool overall - nothing really bad about it but would be nice if they added more customizable fields/sections (such as categories) within the app itself instead of going through another platform all together just because one category isn't enough? We've been able to get away without using multiple tools previously where now everything has become accessible via 1 location.

  • Integrates with other popular CRMs
  • Easy for users in different departments across various locations worldwide; not limited by network speeds.
  • Allows employees access outside corporate firewall, remote workers also included here too
  • Customer Service Rep can resolve issues directly inside portal rather than transferring them anywhere else
Cons
  • All fine
