I have a 38in waist and 41 in hip (Don’t judge me) According to the size chart I measured at a xxl. Although it fit comfortably, it just wasn’t as tight as I like shapers to be. It is extremely comfortable with no bunching. Definitely can be worn daily. The arm straps are thick and it took me several times to get the adjustment right. It also smoothed out my back and side boob area where other shapers fail to reach giving it a much more natural appearance. Over all I am satisfied with the xxl but I ordered another in a xl and it snatched my mid-section as well as lifted my butt better it looks amazing under form fitting clothes. I also love that it is crotchless. Another shaper I have has hooks and is thong like which was uncomfortable after a couple hours.
