The filter seems very solid and the fan is adequate. A couple of issues I see right away are: 1. The fan impeller has some wobble which makes me concerned about durability but time will tell. However, the diameters of the fan inlet flange and filter flange are not tight enough to easily mount the filter onto the fan the way I planned. I had to wrap tape around the fan flange a few times to ensure a good fit on the filter, which is important for proper use of the filter. However, overall it seems reasonable and for the price it's not a bad deal. It gets the job done in a grow room over 500 cubic feet under at least late growth. Time will tell about her ability during flowering.
